How to spot a phishing attempt

Fraudsters often pose as FlexiLoans executives, agents or partner representatives to trick small business owners into sharing sensitive information or paying bogus fees. Common warning signs include messages that create false urgency ("your loan will be cancelled today"), offers that sound too good to be true (guaranteed approval or unusually low interest rates), requests for advance payments to "unlock" a sanctioned amount, and links to websites that imitate the FlexiLoans brand but use a different domain. Always check that you are on flexiloans.com before entering any personal or financial details.

What FlexiLoans will never ask you to do

You can also file a complaint on the Government of India's National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in or call the cyber fraud helpline 1930.
